Shipping fee is calculated on every order being delivered in the Domestic Malaysia. Shipping to any other country will incur a shipping charge which will be provided at checkout.

For order below RM150: RM8 

For order RM150 and above: Free shipping

We usually start processing orders as soon as they are received. We dispatch orders Monday through Friday. Orders are usually dispatched within 24 to 48 hours though it may take longer in certain circumstances. Orders received on a non-working day will be dispatched the next working day. 

Orders should be received within the following time frame after it has been dispatched:

Domestic - standard shipping: 3 - 7 business days

International - Standard shipping*: 7 -14 days, but allow up to 21 days.

*Please note we are not responsible for any taxes or duties levied upon your shipment by customs authorities in the destination country.  It is solely your responsibility to make these payments.


What if I received the incorrect item(s)?

If you have received an incorrect item. please contact us immediately and provide us the receipt number, product name and quantity. Once verified, we will resend you the item(s) and will bear the return's shipping cost. However, the exchange policy is subject to the following terms and conditions: 

- Item must be in its original purchase condition and packaging.
- Bundle set must be returned as a whole set including of free items. 

What if I receive a damaged item?

All items are carefully checked before they are packed. The chances to receive damage item are slim. However, if you have received damaged item(s), contact us immediately and email us the picture as well as the receipt number, we will take care of it and we will bear the return's shipping cost.

How long it will take for return and exchange?

It can take up to 14 days to 30 days for a return to process and item to be replaced and sent. 

What is the duration to apply for return and exchange upon receipt of order?

We will accept returns within 14 days exchanged policy upon receipt of order. 

What if I order incorrect item or changed my mind?

We allow you to exchange to other product with the store credit we credit to you after deducting the shipping cost and 2% administrative fee. You are responsible for the return's shipping cost and send via trackable shipping method. To be eligible for an exchange, the products must be unused and sealed in original packaging. 

What items are not allowed to return?

For hygiene reasons, products that can not be returned include items such as Glov make-up removal, headband, hair wrap, makeup brushes, mascaras, eyeliners, lip balms, lip glosses, lipsticks, deodorants, teas, candles, towel, roll-on deodorant, roll-on fragrance, sale items and promotional items.
